I'm David Orchin. Strength and Rehab Coach.

I’ve helped hundreds of clients fulfil their athletic potential. I have qualifications and training in Postural Restoration™, Functional Range Conditioning™, Kinstretch™, Frans Bosch Systems, Strength and Conditioning, biomechanics, and much more. I'm also currently a Master of Science student in ‘Sports Injuries and Return to Performance’.

I used to have doubts about online coaching. I even avoided offering the service for a long time. I wasn’t sure any ‘in-person’ methods would work online. But after thousands of hours studying under the best minds in physical health, coaching clients and testing different methods, I’ve now developed a system that’s really working for clients. What makes online coaching with me different?

Not a cookie-cutter approach: a lot of online coaching services simply provide a cookie-cutter programme, maybe with a few minor tweaks. My coaching is entirely specific to you - your goals, needs, individual experience, injury history and more.

Weekly check-ins with modifications: this one is huge - at the end of each week, I'll check in to see how the exercises have went and what needs to be adjusted. Meaning you get continuous feedback and communication with me. I don't simply write you a programme and then disappear!

Video feedback: this is so important, particularly for any 'rehab' style exercises. I use a software called Loom, which records both my screen alongside a recording of me talking. This is super useful to cover specific instructional details of exercises, alongside any video or text-based feedback you leave me. What's more, you'll always have access to these videos, meaning you can refer back to them time and time again as needed.
